BFL School is a licensed private language institute that teaches English and Chinese to university students, adult learners, and other students in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We operate under the regulation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). For the purposes of this policy, BFL School is the party responsible for the personal information collected through our website and services. We collect information that you provide to us directly, and certain information automatically when you use our website.

Information you provide. When you enroll in a course, register for a scholarship, take a placement test, book a free trial class, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect:

• Messaging details you use to reach us (for example, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Facebook);
• Age range or date of birth, and education or language background where relevant to placement;
• Placement test answers, level results, course preferences, and enrollment details;
• Payment-related information needed to process your tuition.

Payment information. Payments are handled securely by our payment partners, including ABA Bank (ABA PayWay) and KHQR. We do not store full card or bank account credentials on our own servers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the time spent on pages, through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Process enrollments, registrations, placement tests, and trial-class bookings;

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
